PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) shrink film

PVC shrink films are used for their high clarity, gloss, low haze and their low heat shrinkability.

PVC is the only shrink film on the market with a variable shrink.  In other words, with the capability of being produced to shrink at different percentages in the machine, and transverse direction.

PVC’s shrink film has several advantages over other PVC shrink films on the market today.

1.      Our blue tint absorbs heat faster, therefore, more speed in high production, and less heat in the oven, saving energy cost and time

2.       The blue tint also gives a higher gloss package after shrinking

3.       The density of our film compared to Reynolon, is more machinable and less likely to block.

4.       Besides being less susceptible to blocking, the higher density of our film also makes it less likely to shrink on the roll in humid or hot warehouse conditions.

5.       Our pricing is very competitive in the marketplace.

Special uneven sizes and flat film will be produced and will require longer lead times than center folded shrink films.  Approximate delivery 8 to 10 weeks.  If you have flat shrink applications, plan on issuing a blanket purchase order to assure yourself of adequate inventory.  If you have orders for uneven sizes on a regular basis, advise your distributor of your forecast so that your inventory of these sizes will be available as you require them.
